地暖用木质地板TVOC释放规律研究
采用1 m3气候箱法和气质联用技术,测定并研究了三类地暖木质地板在常温和供暖条件下总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)的浓度及释放规律,并对TVOC释放浓度进行了风险评估。结果表明:在供暖条件下,TVOC释放前期受温度的影响显著,后期减弱,超标风险依然存在;升温后TVOC释放浓度升高,随着时间的延长,浓度逐渐下降, 72 h后趋于稳定,可表征产品TVOC释放风险程度;在同等地暖环境条件下,TVOC释放风险为实木地板最低,其次为实木复合地板,强化木地板风险较高;常温下TVOC释放限量控制在140 mg/m3时,风险可控。

Study on Release Laws of TVOC in Geothermal Floor
The release concentration of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in three kinds of geothermal floors were measured and studied under normal temperature and heating conditions by 1 m3 chamber and GC-MS. Meanwhile, The release concentration of TVOC were assessed.The results showed that the effect of temperature on TVOC release was significant at the early stage and weakened at the later stage under heating conditions.However, the#br# risk of exceeding the standard has still existed. TVOC release concentration increased with increasing temperature, and TVOC release concentration decreased with time prolonging, and stabilized after 72 hours, which could characterize the TVOC release level.At the same time, the risk of TVOC release from solid wood flooring was the lowest, followed by the parquets. The risk of TVOC release from laminated flooring was the highest. When the TVOC release limit was controlled at 140 mg/m3 at normal temperature, the risk of TVOC release was controllable.
