HDI交联聚乙烯醇木材胶黏剂的研究
以聚乙烯醇溶液为基质,采用正交试验法探究表面活性剂OP-10、催化剂、交联剂HDI的加入量,搅拌时间,反应温度和聚乙烯醇的相对体积质量分数对改性聚乙烯醇木材胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明:HDI以及催化剂的加入能较大幅度地提高胶黏剂的稳定性和粘结性能,从而达到改性聚乙烯醇胶黏剂的目的。试验可得到乳白色的稳定产品,可用于建筑行业作木材胶黏剂,且更为环保。

Study on the Wood Adhesive of Polyvinyl Alcohol Cross-linked by HDI
Using orthogonal experiment method, the preparation process conditions of the adhesive, such as the amount of OP-10, catalyst stannous octoate, crosslinking agent of HDI, the temperature of the synthetic reaction, the synthetic reaction time, and the amount of PVA were discussed. The results showed that the addition of HDI and the catalyst stannous octoate could greatly increase the water resistance, stability, and adhesive properties of the adhesive, thereby achieving the purpose of modifying the polyvinyl alcohol adhesive. Through the modification process can obtain milky stable product, which can be used in the construction industry for wood adhesives, and more environmental friendly.
