樟子松高温湿热处理干燥特性和脱脂研究
采用高温湿热饱和蒸汽对人工林樟子松进行处理,探讨了含水率和含脂率的变化规律。结果表明:樟子松在高温湿热处理过程中脱脂率和脱脂速度与温度和含水率有关。对比常规干燥处理可以发现,高温湿热处理的脱脂速度约为常规干燥的2.58倍,脱脂率约1.41倍;经高温湿热处理后的木材沿厚度方向上含脂率和含水率分布较均匀,脱脂效果更好。

Study on the Drying Characteristics and Degreasing for Higher Temperature and Humidity Saturated Steam in Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica Litv.
The higher temperature and humidity saturated steam was used to treat plantation of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica Litv. Wood. The variation of moisture content and degreasing rate was analyzed. The study found that the degreasing rate and degreasing speed of combined degreasing for higher temperature and humidity were related to temperature and moisture content. The results showed that compared with conventional drying,the degreasing speed of higher temperature and humidity was about 2.58 times that of conventional drying and degreasing rate was about 1.41 times; At the end, the moisture content and resin content in the cross section of higher temperature and humidity were more uniform and the rate of the degrease effect was better.
