基于正交试验的新型反拉式苎麻剥麻机参数优选
根据新型反拉式苎麻剥麻机原理与结构,以碾压辊间隙S、碾压辊转速V、夹持间距L和麻杆外直径D四个参数为试验因素,以劈麻、剥离、夹持三个环节的量化评分以及综合评分为指标,进行四因素四水平正交试验。通过极差分析和方差分析,得到各因素对综合评分的影响程度从大到小的排列顺序为S>V>D>L。分析了各因素对各指标影响的显著程度,得出试验范围内参数较优组合为S3V3D4L3。经验证性试验得出较优的参数为:S为3 mm、V为60~70 r/min、L为5 mm、D为16~17 mm。

Parameter Optimization of the New Reverse-drawing Ramie Decorticator Based on Orthogonal Experiment
According to the principle and structure of the new type of ramie decorticator, four factors and four levels of orthogonal experiment were designed with four parameters, namely, S for clearance of rollers, V for rotation speed of rollers, L for holding distance, and D for outer diameter of ramie rods as test factors. The test indexes included quantitative score and comprehensive score of three links of split, peeling, and clamping. Based on range analysis and variance analysis, the results showed that the order of influence degree of each factor on comprehensive score from large to small is S>V>D>L. The remarkable degree of each factor's influence on each index was analyzed, and the optimum combination of parameters in the test range is S3V3D4L3, which are 3 mm for S, 60-70 r/min for V, 5 mm for L, and 16~17 mm for D.
