多功能模块化家具轻量化设计
以多功能床为例,对多功能模块化家具轻量化设计进行研究。对所设计的多功能床主体框架,以方管壁厚为设计变量、承受载荷时的最大总变形和最大等效应力为约束条件、自身质量为目标函数,应用ANSYS Workbench软件进行轻量化设计,获得较为合理的轻量化设计方案,该方案使主体框架质量减少了8.976 kg,降低度达34.15%,实现了对产品轻量化设计的目的。

Lightweight Design of Multifunctional Modular Furniture
Taking multifunctional bed as an example, the lightweight design of multifunctional modular furniture was studied. The ANSYS Workbench software was applied to the main frame of multifunctional bed, which took the wall thickness of square pipe as design variable, the maximum total deformation and equivalent stress under load as constraints, and its quality as objective function. The lightweight design was carried out, and a set of reasonable lightweight design schemes was selected after comparing and optimizing results. The scheme reduced the quality of the main frame by 8.976 kg and the reduction range by 34.15%. The purpose of product lightweight design was realized.
