干燥工艺对木质家具用水性聚氨酯漆膜附着力的影响
采用不同干燥温度、湿度和干燥时间,研究干燥工艺条件对木质家具用水性聚氨酯漆膜附着力的影响,进而获得理想的干燥工艺条件。研究结果表明:介质温度控制在30~35 ℃,湿度在45%~55%,干燥时间设定为20~25 min时,漆膜附着力可达到1级及以上等级,漆膜无气泡等缺陷,满足GB/T 3324—2017《木家具通用技术条件》对表面理化性能要求。

干燥工艺对木质家具用水性聚氨酯漆膜附着力的影响
Using different drying temperature, humidity and drying time, the influence of drying process conditions on the adhesion of paint film on waterborne polyurethane paint for wood furniture was studied, and the ideal drying process conditions were obtained. The results showed that medium temperature control in 30 ~ 35 ℃, humidity of media in 45% ~ 55%, the drying time setting of 20 ~ 25 min, film adhesion could be up to grade 1 and above level, paint film could be without defects such as bubble, which meets the GB/T 3324—2017 "Wood Furniture General Technical Conditions" on the surface physical and chemical performance requirements.
