松木木材脱油固脂的研究及应用
松木木材浸注含有催化剂、渗透剂的饱和氢氧化钙水溶液,然后进行真空-微波干燥。利用催化剂和微波双重作#br# 用,使松木中松香与氢氧化钙反应形成松香钙,达到有效的固脂目的;在形成松香钙的同时,松节油在真空-微波干燥中#br# 得到较彻底的清除。处理后的松木木材,脱除松节油可达 80%以上,而树脂( 松香) 被脱去≤13%,物理力学性能的降低#br# <10%。

Concentrated Static Load and Impact Load Study of OSSB Used for Roof Panel
After impregnating the saturated calcium hydroxide solution containing catalyst and penetrant, the#br# pine wood were dried under microvave-vacuum condition. Under the double effect of catalyst and microwave, the#br# rosin in pine formulated calcium rosinate and effectively immobilization of abietyl; in the process, the degreasing#br# of turpentine was completed thoroughly by microwave-vacuum drying. The pine wood proceed can remove#br# turpentine over 80% with less than 13% abietyl removal, the mechanic performances loss are less than 10%.
