两种改性方法对桉木单板/聚乙烯膜复合材料力学性能影响
为提高塑料疏水表面与单板亲水表面之间的界面相容性,以聚乙烯薄膜为无甲醛胶黏剂制备复合材料。分析了热处理、碱处理对界面性能影响,确定了制备此类材料的优化工艺:热处理温度140 ℃,处理时间1 h,碱浓度3%时,复合材料力学性能较佳;热处理、碱处理可以增强复合材料的界面性能。

Effects of Two Modification Methods on the Mechanical Properties of Eucalyptus Veneer/Polyethylene Film Composites
In order to improve the interface compatibility between the two materials, a composite material was prepared using a polyethylene film as a formaldehyde-free adhesive. The effects of heat treatment and alkali treatment on the adhesion of the veneer were analyzed, and the optimal process heat treatment temperature for the preparation of this material was 140℃, the treatment time was 1 hour, and the alkali concentration was 3%. The mechanical properties of the composites were comparatively good. The heat treatment and alkali treatment can enhance the interface compatibility of the composites.
